Background:  Haroun Shrike was born on an unknown planet on the Outer Rim, and his early childhood is a mystery...but he eventually ended up on Yavin during the time of the Clone Wars...

He was already aware of his force-sensitivity and powers, and on Yavin, he was able to harness those powers on the native animal species where he lived. It was on that planet that he stumbled upon the ruins of an old Sith temple, built over a 1000 years before. It housed the holocron teachings of one exiled Sith Lord form the time of the Stark Hypserspace Wars named Darth
Moudran. Touched by this dark energy that he'd never experienced before, he tried to shrug it
off, but it stuck with him.

Then, several years after the end of the Clone Wars and the Rise of the Empire, many Jedi fled to Yavin in hopes of evading darth Vader, and one Jedi Knight named Urin Darkon on assignment during Order 66 landed near Shrike. The voices imprinted by Darth Moudran compelled him to slaughter Urin and place his body on the alter of Moudran's ruins, thus reviving the exiled Sith.

Moudran then began to teach Shrike the ways of the Sith, but his were incomplete, because Darth Vader, sensing the Sith presence, came to Yavin during the Great Jedi Purge, and vanquished the newly reawakened Darth Moudran shorly before he would christened Haroun Shrike the new mantle of Dark Lord of the Sith...

Shrike was able to evade Vader during the fierce Sith fight, and took the Jedi Urin's ship to the nest plotted course, which happened to be Polis Mossa.

He was pulled out of hyperspace early by a rebel interdictor cruiser stationed near Polis Mossa, and, after slaughtering the skeleton crew on board, arrived at the Polis Mossa asteroid at the same moment Vader's 501st Legion were attacking the rebel outpost. He mopped up the rest of both forces and left for a new target, Korriban.

Upon arriving at Korriban, Shrike met with a terrible force entity known as Ravenous, to which he soundly lost. Then, finding ancient holocrons belonging to his old Master Moudran, Shrike was reawakened as a Sith Warrior, ready to carry out the will of the Sith. He established an Academy on Korriban, but after being angered by the many historians and wanderers disturbing his planet in search of Sith relics (specifically a duo of mischevious Sith hopefuls that managed to elude Shrike several times).

Then, some years later, a terrible entity named Dark Lord Atroca appeared from the Outer Rims and contacted Shrike through the Force on Korriban. Shrke and his pupils welcomed the aincient Sith Lord, and immediately begain carrying out his plan of domination of the Jedi by capturing several groups of native species from Kashyyyk, Mon Calamari, and Honoghr in hopes of causing them to go insane and beseiging the Jedi Temple on Yavin.

Just as the plan was reaching the peak, and the First Battle Over Yavin commenced, Shrike was able to dupe the Sith Lord and slay him, taking the mantle of the Dark Lord of the Sith, changing his title to Darth Spooks, and doubling his powers. Fleeing the field close to defeat, Shrike and his Mandalorian forces disappeared into space, reappearing at randam intervals, and suddenly diasappearing again.
